Transcending Fear
Every audience is afraid of something. The quarter. The reorg. The new system nobody asked for. The conversation they have been avoiding since spring. Most talks about fear tell people to be brave. This one shows them what fear is actually for, and how to aim it.
Brian spent thirty years watching people meet fear at an open door, and learned that the ones who did it well were not fearless. They had a method. Name it, breathe, decide what matters in the next ten seconds, then move. He teaches that method, on stage, with the stories that earned it.
- A working definition of fear that people can use in a meeting on Monday.
- A three-step reset for the moment right before a hard thing.
- Permission to say it out loud. Teams that name fear together move faster than teams that don't.
